Meet the Counseling Caddie

For more than 30 years, I’ve helped people understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence the way we experience life.

As a golfer myself, I began noticing the same patterns on the course that I saw in counseling sessions — frustration, pressure, self-criticism, and the struggle to stay present.

The SWING Method grew out of that intersection between counseling and golf.

My goal is simple:

To give golfers practical tools that help them reset, refocus, and enjoy the game again.
